Looms are awesome! They arrived a day ahead of schedule and in excellent shape. Was worried about shipment due to the increase in package theft from doorsteps (is really bad!) but with the texting alerts about shipment status, I was able to be right there when it arrived. Also, I had forgotten to apply the first time customer code for discount, but CinDWood honored it and adjusted my bill without any fuss! The only thing I would consider that could be an improvement, is if there was some sort of added ‘bonus / surprise” in the box… even if just some free patterns, peg markers, or something little, but unexpected! That would have been “over-the-top” spectacular! But I can’t even come close to complaining! Am just so happy that the peg/gauge loom I was looking for existed! (I purchased the 1/2 “ oval loom set, and the 5/8” 48-peg circle looms)
