ePattern: Lacey Cloche Hat

Available as downloadable PDF This new pattern by Scarlett Royal "Lacey Cloche Hat", is written for CinDWood's 1/2″ 60 pegs Adult Hat Loom, BUT it also includes instructions using basic math and peg count to tell you how to make this on any loom that you would like! It is an intermediate level pattern using decreasing, increasing, fine gauge draw string bind off, modified bind off, purl, and E-rap. The brim is slowly attached to the hat like the concept for the 10 stitch blanket.
